Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data CALLTECH PROCESSING TECHNOLOGIES SA (hereinafter CALLTECH SA) collects, how it processes it and for what purposes.
CTiContRol® for Google Workforce is a set of several components, RTC (Real Time Communications) applications and API integrations that extend the functionality of some Google Workforce applications to integrate the client's unified communications platform with Google's collaboration tools.
It is a cloud solution that allows you to use the communications infrastructure that companies currently have and integrates seamlessly with any telephone system.
Data that We collect
Calltech SA collects data about you through our interactions with you and through our products. Some of this data is provided directly by you and some is obtained by us by collecting data about your interactions, use and experiences with our services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with third parties such as Google and the different interaction applications of this server such as Gmail, Google contacts directory, Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Presentation and Google Meet Chat or the choices you make, including those related to your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties on our application.
You have choices regarding the technology you use and the data you share. When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline to do so. Many of our services require some personal data in order to provide a service to you. If you choose not to provide data required to provide a service and/or product or feature to you, you will not be able to use that product or feature.
Similarly, where we need to collect personal data by law, to enter into or perform a contract with you and you fail to provide that data, we will not be able to enter into that contract, or if this is related to an existing service you are using, we may need to suspend or terminate that service. We will notify you when this is the case. Where providing data is optional and you choose not to share personal data, features that use that data, such as personalisation, will not work for you.
Information from your Google account. With a Google account, you can sign in to the CtiContRol application, as well as those of certain Google partners. Personal data associated with your Google Gmail account includes credentials, name and contact information, payment information, devices and data usage, your contacts, microphones, camera, information about your activities and your interests and favorites. Signing in to your Google account enables personalized and consistent experiences across products and devices, allows you to use cloud data storage, allows you to make calls, interact, and enhance real-time and collaborative communications capabilities using tools stored in your account, and also enables other features.
Messages. The conservation and storage of your voice and fax messages will be subject to the parameters that you as a user make regarding your data and information, as well as the frequency and updating of backup copies within the platform.
Calls. The recording of your calls will be subject to the personal settings that you as a user make regarding your data and information, as well as the frequency and updating of backup copies within the platform.
Backups. The backup service will be subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement entered into with you or the entity you represent, conditioned on the availability of the service in the available versions.
Usage and Log Information. We collect performance, diagnostic, and service-related information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our services, how you interact with others using our services, and similar data), log files, as well as performance, website, crash, and diagnostic reports and logs.
Transaction Information. If you make a subscription payment for our services, we may receive information and confirmations, such as payment receipts, including from app stores or third parties that process your payment.
Connection and Device Information. We collect information specific to your device when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as your hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, and mobile network information, including phone number and device identifiers. We collect information about your device's location.
Information provided by third parties. We receive information that other people provide, which may include information about you. For example, when others join the contact list of other Google Workforce accounts, users you know who use our services, they may provide their phone number from your Google Account contact list (and you may provide theirs), or they may contact you, send messages to groups you belong to, or call you.
Third-Party Services. We allow you to use our services in connection with third-party services, to receive information about your information and data from them. For example, in the call service to share with your contacts, groups or broadcast lists on our services. When using our services you should be aware that the terms and privacy policies that govern the use of such services will apply.
Use of data personal
Calltech SA uses the data collected to:
- Providing our services, including updating, securing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support. This also includes sharing data when necessary to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
- Improve and develop our services, platforms, software and the application.
- Personalize our services and make recommendations.
- Announce and provide updates to you.
- We also use data to operate our business, including to analyse our performance, comply with our legal obligations, develop our workforce and conduct research.
For this purpose, we combine data we collect from different contexts or obtain from third parties to offer you better, consistent and personalized services, to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.
Specifically
Our Services. We operate and provide our Services, including providing customer service and improving, troubleshooting, and personalizing our Services. We understand how users use our Services and analyze and use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities with our Services. We also use your information to respond to your complaints, claims, and recommendations when you contact us.
We use cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be read by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies such as localstorage to store and track your preferences and settings, enable you to log in, provide interest-based advertising, fight fraud, analyze how our products perform, and fulfill other legitimate purposes.

Localstorage. Localstorage is used to store and track your preferences and settings, enabling you to log in, and providing interest-based advertising from the browser through which the application is being used.

Safety and Security. We review accounts and activity, and promote safety on and off our services by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms, and by ensuring that our services are used legally.
Information shared by the CtiContRol application. During the use of the CtiContRol application, Calltech SA makes use of the information that is being retransmitted, as well as the recording of the conversations that are verified in each online dialing and in the use of the services. Once the use of these services ends, the records will be defined and stored according to the configuration that you yourself allow within the application, defining the duration of the same, as well as you have the right to request access to the calls.
Contact List and Others. Other users who use our services and with whom you communicate may store or re-share your information and data (including your phone number or messages) with others on and off our services. You can use settings and other features to reduce the availability of information that is displayed to third parties.
Third-Party Services. When you use third-party services that are integrated with our Services, those third parties may receive information about what you share. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.
Administration of information
If you wish to manage, change, limit or delete your information, we allow you to do so through the following tools:
Service Settings. You can change your settings on our services to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use the blocking feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.
Law and Protection. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (i) respond to applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; (ii) enforce our Terms or any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (iii) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activities or security or technical issues; or (iv) protect the rights, property, and safety of our users.
Updates to our policy. We may modify or update our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of modifications to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our Services, you confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as modified. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy and any modifications, you must stop using our Services.
