To carry out this process, you will need to access the Parameters platform using the assigned username and password, which could be the same ones used for the Chat Server. On this platform, you can carry out various requests, including the creation of new templates for mass sending of outgoing messages.
On this page you can also check the status of the template once it has been created and submitted. It is important to note that these procedures may experience delays due to the high demand for Meta's services and established policies.

To carry out this procedure, you need to go to the “Settings” option and then select “System Settings” and then “Users”. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button called “New User”. When you click on this button, a window will open where you must fill in the corresponding fields with the necessary information. Finally, you must click on the “Save” button to confirm the creation of the new user.
