Validation for approval of the template uploaded on the line?

To carry out this process, you will need to access the Parameters platform using the assigned username and password, which could be the same ones used for the Chat Server. On this platform, you can carry out various requests, including the creation of new templates for mass sending of outgoing messages.

On this page you can also check the status of the template once it has been created and submitted. It is important to note that these procedures may experience delays due to the high demand for Meta's services and established policies.

Are you experiencing slowness when navigating the entire chat interface?

The user must go to the configuration section and click on devices. There you can see which devices are being used for audio and video input and output.

You still notice slowness when browsing the chat interface despite having performed the previous step.

Manually clear the cache from the Chat Server folder, deleting all the files located in the path shown in the following image. These last two steps are performed when slowness or crashes occur.

Chat does not allow access to the statistics module?

The reported issue is about tool management, to access the statistics you must go to Configuration -> Online help configuration -> Statistics -> Agent statistics.

How can I assign an agent or operator to a department?

You will need to access the configuration option, followed by "System" and then "Users". Once there, select the user you wish to add to a department and then choose the "Assigned Departments" tab. If you have multiple departments, you can select the specific ones that will be assigned to that agent.

How can I create a new department for the chat?

The user must go to the settings section, click on language and select from the list. At the moment there are only 2 languages available, English and Spanish.

How can I export the data of created users?

To do this, you will need to access the settings option, then go to "System" and select "Users". Then, click on the icon at the bottom that says "Export CSV". Once this step is done, you will see that the data download process starts.

How can I register a customer line (number)?

To carry out this procedure, you need to access the CTWebRTC Parameters page. On this page, you will find a module called "Customers". Expand it and select the "Number Configuration" option. Then, click on "Add new record", fill in the requested data and finish the process.
How can I create a user in the Chat Server?

To carry out this procedure, you need to go to the “Settings” option and then select “System Settings” and then “Users”. At the bottom of the page, you will find a button called “New User”. When you click on this button, a window will open where you must fill in the corresponding fields with the necessary information. Finally, you must click on the “Save” button to confirm the creation of the new user.
